Great customer service & Product works
Palmrest is as described. First palmrest came with a mounting nipple broken but a second palmrest was sent in good working order. Customer service was accommodating and sent a replacement after checking out and confirming what the problem was.. Images of the one sent and the replacement was shared prior to shipping so you know what you're going to receive. Shipping time was fairly fast considering shipping delays everywhere, please note my sense of fast shipping is about 2-3 weeks for international shipping which usually takes that much time without Covid delays.
